Information Technology Services Management Corp Pty Ltd (ITSM Corp) is seeking a Part-time / On-Call Hardware Maintenance Services Engineer to join our New Zealand team, based in Christchurch or Auckland. You will provide on-site hardware break/fix support for IT infrastructure equipment, perform corrective maintenance, and participate in 24x7 service coverage for hardware incidents.

• Provide on-site hardware break/fix support for IT infrastructure equipment (e.g., Dell, Cisco).
• Provide corrective/breakdown maintenance.
• Provide 24x7 service support for hardware-related incidents.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware faults.
• Conduct on-site component replacement.
• Replace covered faulty hardware components/parts.
