Job summary

Hop on Hop off Wine Tours is seeking a reliable handyman to work with the owner on maintenance of The Gables Bed & Breakfast in Picton, a coastal town on the South Island. The role involves general maintenance, painting, basic carpentry, and ad-hoc tasks to keep the property in top condition for the upcoming season.

You will need proven experience in painting and building, a practical, flexible attitude, and the ability to work independently or with the owner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in painting, building, and general maintenance.
• A practical problem-solver with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as alongside the owner.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in hospitality or similar settings is a bonus but not essential.
