Job summary

Ellerslie School in Auckland invites applications for a Primary and intermediate Technology Specialist Teacher (Years 1–8). You will plan and deliver high-quality Technology programmes, including hard/soft materials, food tech, engineering, robotics, and digital integration.

You will teach years 2–6 through the year and hold weekly lessons for years 7–8, fostering innovation, creativity, and hands-on problem solving within an inclusive learning community. Term 1, 2027 start date.

Responsibilities

• Teach and develop learning experiences across hard materials, soft materials, food technology, engineering and robotics, design and innovation, and digital technology integration.
• Teach students in years 2–6 throughout the year and weekly lessons for years 7–8.
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative staff culture and well-resourced learning environments.
