Cater Plus is seeking a hands-on Site Manager for Aroha Care Centre in Lower Hutt. You will lead the catering operation, manage a dedicated team, and ensure high-quality service delivery daily.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in hospitality or aged care, strong rostering and financial skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. This full-time role requires working Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.

• Experience in leadership or site management in hospitality, aged care, or food services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring exceptional food and service standards while meeting operational and financial targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, rostering, and performance support.
• Build strong relationships with residents, client representatives, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, food safety, and quality standards.
• Manage site resources, equipment, and stock efficiently while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Take a hands-on leadership approach, supporting the team as required to ensure smooth daily operations.
