Cater Plus is seeking a hands-on Site Manager for Aroha Care Centre in Lower Hutt. You will lead the catering operation, manage a dedicated team, and ensure high-quality service delivery daily.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in hospitality or aged care, strong rostering and financial skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. This full-time role requires working Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.

• Build strong relationships with residents, client representatives, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, food safety, and quality standards.
• Manage site resources, equipment, and stock efficiently while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Take a hands-on leadership approach, supporting the team as required to ensure smooth daily operations.

We are seeking a highly organised and hands‑on Site Manager to lead our catering operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting and developing teams, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery every day.

About the Role:

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day‑to‑day operation of the site. You will lead a dedicated team, maintain strong relationships with residents and stakeholders, and ensure operational, financial, food safety, and health and safety standards are consistently achieved.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll lead from the front, supporting the team when needed while driving excellence across all aspects of the operation.
