Job summary

Team Global Express NZ is looking for a Dispatcher in Hamilton to coordinate daily transport activities, work with drivers and customers, and ensure safe, efficient deliveries. You will manage fleet resources, respond to changing priorities, and contribute to KPI improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in transport/logistics, knowledge of costing, and health & safety governance. A forklift license is preferred and willingness to adhere to HSE standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in the transport/logistics industry.
• Knowledge of operational costing and HSE practices.
• Forklift license preferred; OSH knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods procedures, Transport law, and regional geography.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport activities with drivers and customers.
• Ensure fleet compliance and presentation requirements.
• Respond to issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist with KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Support health and safety requirements and continuous improvement.
