Job summary

Tenzing is seeking Senior Guidewire Technical Leads to provide hands-on technical leadership across Guidewire implementation and cloud delivery programmes.

You’ll bring deep Guidewire platform expertise, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to lead delivery squads through complex design and technology decisions. This is a senior, credible leadership role balancing technical ownership, stakeholder engagement, and team capability uplift.

Qualifications

• Hands-on senior/lead development across Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire Cloud tools, environments, and deployment approaches.
• Experience with Gosu and Java development, PCFs, rules, messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Guidewire InsuranceSuite across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and BillingCenter, including cloud services.
• Act as primary technical authority on Guidewire programmes, owning design and risk management.
• Mentor developers and uplift team capability through knowledge sharing and certification pathways.
• Drive DevOps, testing automation, cloud enablement, and development practice improvements.
• Collaborate with client architects, BAs, SMEs, delivery leads and QA for scalable solutions.
