Job summary

Tenzing is seeking an experienced Program Delivery Lead to join our delivery teams across Australia and New Zealand. You will provide end-to-end leadership for complex transformation programs, including Guidewire initiatives, and establish high-performing cross-functional teams.

You will drive delivery planning, forecasting, and execution across sprints, releases, and milestones while partnering with clients and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven program or senior delivery management experience within complex transformation environments.
• Track record delivering large, multi-stream programs using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong leadership to build and motivate high-performing teams across diverse roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and risk management skills.
• Experience delivering insurance or enterprise technology platforms (Guidewire experience advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for complex transformation programs including Guidewire implementations and enhancements.
• Lead delivery of large, multi-stream programs using Agile, SAFe, and hybrid approaches.
• Act as servant leader, enabling teams to perform at their best.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for cross-functional delivery teams and manage scope, risks, and issues.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
• Ensure delivery aligns with architecture, Guidewire best practices, and cloud standards.
• Govern Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement and governance.
