SkyCity Horizon is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to welcome guests at the Horizon by SkyCity hotel. You will check guests in/out, handle front desk inquiries, and assist with guest payments, while sharing information about local attractions and SkyCity offerings.

The role requires a friendly, sales-minded approach and comfort with basic computer tasks; full uniform is provided, and staff perks include meals, parking discounts, and access to Sky Tower experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Front desk or concierge exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities
