Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of NCEA Level 1 or working towards Level 1.
• Prior customer service or front-of-house experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to adapt to busy shifts and work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow guest service guidelines to exceed expectations.
• Work assigned stations accurately and maintain clean, stocked areas.
• May be required to cook as directed by supervisor.
• Handle all food products per procedures and ensure safety.
• Report faulty equipment to the on-duty manager.
• Assist with order taking, payment handling, and food packaging.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
