Job summary

Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum of NCEA Level 1 or working towards Level 1.
• Previous customer service or customer facing experience is favoured but not essential.
• Able to work under pressure and stay calm while serving guests.
• Able to understand written English and complete training modules.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and serve food and beverages.
• Operate an electronic register, receive payment and give change.
• Pack products for takeaway or serving trays with condiments.
• Hand packed orders to customers at counter or drive-thru window.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to safety standards.
