Job summary

Restaurant Brands Ltd is seeking a KFC Team Member to support guest service, food preparation and restaurant cleanliness. You will operate at assigned stations, take orders, handle payments, and ensure quality food items are prepared and displayed to standard.

We value teamwork, reliability and the ability to work under pressure during busy periods. Training may be provided to develop skills and ensure safe, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum of NCEA Level 1 or working towards Level 1.
• Previous customer service or customer facing experience is favoured but not essential.
• Ability to comprehend written English and follow written procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow guest service guidelines and procedures to ensure guests receive service beyond expectations.
• Work assigned stations accurately and productively; clean and stock station areas.
• Handle all food products according to RBL procedures.
• Follow RBL food safety, handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure health and safety of guests and employees.
• Report faulty equipment and fixtures to the manager on duty.
