• Coordinate taxi or transport requests and manage guest messages.
• Take room service orders and deliver meals to rooms, collect trays and process bills.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and presentable at all times.
• Address minor maintenance requests to ensure guest comfort when engineers are not on duty.
