Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist, hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Willingness to support meetings, events and catering.
• Strong communication and professional phone manner.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome partners, staff, clients, visitors and contractors in a warm, professional way.
• Maintain reception and client-facing areas to a tidy, welcoming standard.
• Assist with meeting room bookings and requests.
• Support meetings and events from preparation to delivery and wrap-up.
• Provide front of house catering support and barista service.
• Collaborate with IT and Facilities to resolve workplace issues.
• Report hazards, risks, incidents or damage promptly and coordinate responses.
• Support safety procedures and evacuation activities as required.
• Look for process improvements and opportunities to enhance service delivery.
