Job summary

Pioneer Finance, AffordX and Finley are expanding, and this Marketing & Business Development Coordinator role covers marketing execution and hands-on support for our General Managers' activities across the three brands.

You’ll split time 50/50 between running the marketing engine and assisting GMs with customer, partner, broker and adviser relationships, including Finley rollout. You will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate daily with the GMs.

Qualifications

• Experience with paid social and search advertising (Meta, Google).
• Experience with email marketing or CRM automation platforms.
• Strong content creation, copywriting and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing collateral and maintain customer/partner communications.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with industry requirements.
• Manage Meta/Google ads and omnichannel paid campaigns; optimize performance.
• Execute email marketing and lifecycle automation through the CRM.
• Identify leakage in sales funnels and drive improvements to increase conversions.
