Job description

We're not a family. We're a sports team.

We recruit A-players, coach them hard, and back them to win. If you're chasing comfort and consensus, this isn't your team. If you're hungry to learn fast, take on real ownership, and grow inside a business that's actually moving -- keep reading.

The Professional Builder (TPB) is one of the fastest-growing coaching businesses in the industry -- built on a proven model refined over 20+ years, backed by the largest volume of client success stories in our space, and led by a founder whose book is a bestseller in the category. Since 2004, we've supported over 3,100 builders through coaching, masterminds, summit events, and a growing partner ecosystem -- helping trades businesses run better and build stronger.

We're expanding into new overseas territories right now, and our partner network and events calendar are growing with us. That's why we're looking for a Partnerships & Marketing Coordinator to help keep our partner relationships, campaigns, and delivery schedule running smoothly -- and to grow fast alongside the business.

1. The Role

This is a great next step for someone early in their marketing or partnerships career who wants exposure to real client relationships, hands‑on design work, and busy delivery schedules -- all at once. You'll work closely with our Partnerships & Marketing Manager, supporting partner communications, producing marketing assets, and helping coordinate the moving parts of our events and campaigns calendar.

You'll get real ownership of tasks and projects from day one, with support and mentoring as you build toward managing partner relationships independently.

2. What You'll Do
  • Support day-to-day communication with TPB partners -- scheduling, follow-ups, and keeping partner records up to date
  • Help plan and schedule digital marketing content -- email, social media, and landing page updates
  • Design supporting marketing materials -- social tiles, directory entries, one‑pagers, event collateral -- using our brand templates
  • Help maintain the delivery calendar across summits, partner agreements, and campaigns, flagging deadlines before they become urgent
  • Assist with drafting and formatting partner agreements, reports, and directory content
  • Track basic campaign and partnership metrics for team reporting
3. What You'll Bring
  • 2-3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or partnerships/account support role
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools -- email platforms, social scheduling, or similar
  • Comfort with design tools like Canva (Adobe experience a bonus) and an eye for on‑brand, polished output
  • Strong organisational skills -- you keep track of multiple tasks and follow through without being chased
  • A friendly, professional communication style, written and verbal
  • Eagerness to learn partner relationship management from an experienced manager
  • Bonus: interest or background in residential construction, trades, or membership/coaching businesses
4. Why TPB
  • A+ players only. You'll be learning fast alongside people who are hungry to win, not coasting.
  • Real growth, right now. We're actively expanding into new overseas territories -- this isn't a five‑year roadmap, it's happening, and no two days look the same.
  • Room to grow.A genuinely varied, hands‑on role with a clear path into a partnerships manager position.
  • Direct mentoring. One‑on‑one guidance from TPB's Partnerships & Marketing Manager.
  • Full ecosystem exposure.Visibility across TPB's entire partner network across ANZ.
  • A high‑trust team.Supportive colleagues who value initiative.
  • Hybrid working.Flexibility built into how the role works.
  • A proven business.20+ years of experience behind TPB, the largest volume of client success stories in the industry, and a bestselling book behind the method -- Building Better Builders since 2004.
