Job summary

Limelight Digital is seeking a creative, data‑driven Digital Marketer to join our New Zealand team. You’ll manage paid social, paid search, and SEO for lead-gen and e‑commerce clients, blending strategy with practical execution to drive performance.

In this role you’ll craft social strategies, write compelling ad copy, and use GA4/GTM to measure success. A marketing mindset and collaborative approach will help you grow with us and our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing paid social campaigns from strategy to optimisation.
• Understanding audience behavior across platforms and turning it into engaging content.
• Proven track record with Google Ads delivering measurable results.
• SEO knowledge emphasizing relevance and content quality.
• Strong copywriting for ads and social content.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar for quick design tweaks.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
• Clear communication and relationship-building with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create and manage Paid Search campaigns driving business growth.
• Support designers and developers on website projects with marketing focus.
• Write engaging ad copy on-brand for audiences.
• Guide social content direction to align with campaigns and brand tone.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies for visibility and UX.
• Use Google Tag Manager and GA4 to track, measure, and interpret performance.
• Present results to clients with practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with team on client strategies and stay current with trends.
