Job summary

Halter is seeking a frontend engineer to own and rapidly evolve the company website. You will ship landing pages in Webflow today and lead the migration to a headless CMS-backed site with fast, scalable code.

Your role includes optimizing page experience, SEO, form flows, and ABM-driven experiences. You’ll work with AI-powered tooling to accelerate builds, experiments, and analysis, while ensuring performance and crawlability across NZ, AU, and the US.

Qualifications

• Frontend engineer with modern stack expertise (React/Next.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS).
• Experience migrating sites to a headless CMS without sacrificing SEO or performance.
• Proven ability to ship production-grade pages and components quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own website conversion rate and lead quality metrics.
• Lead migration from Webflow to a custom headless CMS-based site.
• Build landing pages, components, and experiments; enable ABM experiences.
