Job summary

Diversey seeks an experienced Sector Manager to drive growth across New Zealand by developing new business opportunities and expanding partnerships within Healthcare, Hospitality, QSR and Food Service sectors.

The role reports to the NZ Country Manager and requires a high-performing, results-driven sales professional who can influence senior decision-makers and deliver sustainable commercial outcomes. Travel across New Zealand is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, sales or account management.
• A strong track record of achieving sales growth and winning new business.
• Experience developing relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Commercially astute with strong planning capability.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and influencing skills.
• A self-motivated, resilient and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans across targeted industry sectors.
• Identify, pursue and secure new customer opportunities across New Zealand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage and grow strategic customer accounts while identifying expansion opportunities.
• Lead tender submissions, proposals and commercial presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging customer needs.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering and support teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through Salesforce CRM.
