Diversey is seeking an experienced Sector Manager to drive growth across New Zealand by developing new business opportunities and expanding key customer partnerships within sectors including Healthcare, Hospitality, QSR and Food Service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans across targeted industry sectors.
• Identify, pursue and secure new customer opportunities across New Zealand.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage and grow strategic customer accounts while identifying expansion opportunities.
• Lead tender submissions, proposals and commercial presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging customer needs.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering and support teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through Salesforce CRM.

Reporting to the NZ Country Manager, you will leverage your commercial expertise, market knowledge and strategic sales approach to drive profitable growth and exceed sales targets

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans across targeted industry sectors.
• Identify, pursue and secure new customer opportunities across New Zealand.
