Fulton Hogan Ltd in Nelson is seeking a Programme Manager for road maintenance under the IDC. You will oversee the 3–12 month rolling programme, coordinate budgets, and ensure timely submission of reports and claims to the client.
Reporting to the IDC Operations Manager, you will drive planning, execution, and governance for the contract while coordinating with multiple teams to optimise performance and outcomes for the state highway network in this dynamic role.

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to join us at Fulton Hogan Nelson, in our road maintenance team managing the state highway network as a part of our integrated Delivery Contract (IDC). This is an exciting opportunity reporting to the Operations Manager, IDC. As the Programme Manager, your core role will be to ensure our programme is agreed with the client and delivered in the required contract timeframes, whilst also collating, processing and presenting claim information.
