To be considered, you must be CA or CPA qualified with a strong knowledge of IFRS financial reporting standards, taxationand compliance. As well as proficiency in management accounting principles including pricing, revenue analysis and inventory cost analysis. Along with your strong technical expertise, you will need a big-picture mentality, be commercially astute and be comfortable challenging the status quo. An understanding of the complexities of manufacturing-based environments will be a real advantage here.
You may already be in a finance leadership role, or at the point in your career where a step up to a role like this is your next career challenge. There is a genuine pathway here for the right person.
