Job summary

Corson in Gisborne, NZ invites a commercially minded Group Financial Controller to shape the next growth phase. You will lead a small finance team, oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, and ensure IFRS compliant reporting for New Zealand and Australia operations.

You'll partner with operational leaders to drive profitability, manage cash flow, risk and compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to the board in a hands-on, manufacturing-focused environment.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified with strong IFRS knowledge.
• Experience leading finance teams and reporting to board.
• Understanding pricing, revenue analysis and inventory cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management, reporting, compliance and cash flow across NZ and Australia.
• Engage with operational leaders to drive performance and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for the group.
• Provide timely financial reporting to board and shareholders.
