Job summary

New World Gardens is seeking a Grocery Supervisor to lead and empower our grocery team. You will coach staff, ensure a full range of products is available, and be the primary contact within the department.

This full-time role includes early shifts and weekend work, with interview discussions to finalize days and hours. You will mentor team members, promote excellent service, and help develop leadership skills through our training programs, while upholding health, safety, and food safety

New World Gardens has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic person to join our grocery team as a Grocery Supervisor. Reporting to our Grocery Manager and Assistant Manager you will be an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring there is a full range of products available for our customers, be the primary point of contact within the department, assist with training and development needs within the grocery team.

New World Gardens operates 7 days a week with shift patterns to include one weekend day, this is a full time position with 4.30am starts. Specific days and hours to be discussed at the interview.

• Prevent wastage through product rotation
• Assist with ticketing, re-pricing and stock take requirements
