Job summary

New World Gardens in New Zealand is seeking a Grocery Supervisor to lead the grocery team and ensure a full range of products is available to customers. You will report to the Grocery Manager and Assistant Manager and play a key role in mentoring staff, coordinating training and maintaining high service standards.

This full-time position operates on 4:30am starts with weekend work, and days/hours to be discussed at interview.

New World Gardens has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic person to join our grocery team as a Grocery Supervisor. Reporting to our Grocery Manager and Assistant Manager you will be an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring there is a full range of products available for our customers, be the primary point of contact within the department, assist with training and development needs within the grocery team.

New World Gardens operates 7 days a week with shift patterns to include one weekend day, this is a full time position with 4.30am starts. Specific days and hours to be discussed at the interview.
