Job summary

Ideal candidates have proven NZ greenfields land development experience, strong leadership, practical buildability knowledge and hands-on project delivery. Roles involve site and office work and direct decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience delivering greenfields land development in NZ.
• Strong leadership and decision-making on-site.
• Knowledge of buildability, sequencing and risk management.
• Ability to plan work, set production targets and drive programmes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, programme and coordinate project delivery.
• Lead site teams and direct subcontractors and staff.
• Develop safe, efficient construction methodologies.
• Review designs for buildability and risk.
• Manage resources, materials, plant and subcontractor requirements.
• Monitor progress, cost, quality and programme.
