Stantec’s 2027-2028 Graduate Programme offers a path for new graduates to begin a career in a collaborative environment. As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will contribute to wastewater, drinking water, and stormwater projects and join a team delivering infrastructure locally and internationally.

Based in Dunedin, you’ll gain hands-on design documentation, feasibility studies, and exposure to project and client management while being mentored toward Engineering NZ accreditation.

Competenze

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (hon) or related field.
• Motivated, pragmatic, and eager to learn across disciplines.
• Strong interest in water engineering.
• Demonstrated personal leadership qualities and thrive in challenging environments.

Mansioni

• Assist and prepare process design documents including technical notes, design calculations, reports, and schedules.
• Contribute to delivery of multi-disciplinary engineering projects and feasibility studies.
• Work across the project lifecycle from concept to design and construction monitoring (onsite).
• Gain exposure to project and client management.
• Join a large, nurturing, diverse team working on local, national, and international projects.
• Collaborate with national and international industry experts.
