Stantec in Dunedin seeks a Graduate Process Engineer to kickstart a career in the water sector. You’ll contribute to wastewater, drinking water and stormwater projects as part of a supportive graduate programme.

Based in a central office, you’ll benefit from mentoring, a strong engineering network across NZ and Australia, and flexible working hours while developing toward Engineering NZ accreditation.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or due to finish studies by December 2027.
• Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (hon) or related field.
• Strong interest in water engineering and multidisciplinary learning.

Responsibilities

• Assist and prepare process design documents including notes, calculations, reports and schedules.
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary engineering projects and feasibility studies.
• Support delivery across concept, design and construction monitoring stages.
• Gain exposure to project and client management.
• Work with a large, nurturing team on local, national and international projects.
