Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Building Services Engineer with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering to join our team. This role supports both our mechanical and hydraulic teams across a range of building‑services projects, involving research and development, design, modelling, and coordination. The position is full‑time for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent depending on performance and business needs. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Able to legally work in New Zealand.
• Familiar with AI tools.
• Understanding of HVAC principles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and hydraulic fundamentals.
• Familiarity with building‑services design tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, IESVE, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for research and development.
• Clear communication and willingness to learn across both mechanical and hydraulic disciplines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
