  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations and procedures.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements, including automation and process refinement where appropriate.
  • Identify, propose and implement cost-optimization improvements.
  • Independently own a portfolio of work and projects, from defining the approach through execution.
  • Support audit activities by gathering findings and creating and providing documentation in accordance with audit requirements.
  • Participate in a rotating weekly on-call schedule.
What you need to have:

  • Hands-on experience supporting AWS environments.
  • Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux server administration.
  • Solid understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure concepts, including compute, storage, networking, security groups, DNS and IAM.

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across infrastructure and application layers.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on routine tasks and projects.
What makes you stand out:
  • Experience supporting regulated, government, or highly controlled cloud environments.

  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and support scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Experience in FEDRAMP/GovRamp.
