Job summary

Vitaco Group is seeking two experienced Quality Assurance Specialists for 6-month fixed-term roles in New Zealand. You will work closely with production and quality control teams to uphold our Quality Management System, perform in-process checks, and lead investigations into quality issues, driving CAPAs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years of GMP QA experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Quality Assurance - GMP environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• An ability to multi-task and contribute as a team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Release finished products to the market by verifying compliance with QMS, GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Perform in-process quality checks in manufacturing and packing areas.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints and quality issues, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, participate in continuous improvement projects, and follow up on CAPAs.
• Prepare, review, and manage documentation, including manufacturing/packing records and export documents.
• Deliver quality-related training to production teams and support new product launches.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, logistics, planning, and customer feedback teams to resolve quality issues.
