Job summary

Vitaco is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term in Auckland. You will ensure product quality by verifying GMP/QMS compliance, perform in-process checks, and lead investigations into quality issues and customer complaints.

You will also conduct internal audits, contribute to CAPAs, and manage documentation while delivering training to production teams and supporting new product launches.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a GMP environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and contribute as a team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Release finished products by verifying compliance with QMS, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform in-process quality checks in manufacturing and packing areas.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints and quality issues; identify root causes and drive CAPAs.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare, review and manage documentation and export certificates; ensure proper filing.
• Deliver quality training to production teams and support new product launches.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, logistics and planning to resolve issues.
