Addiction Foods NZ Ltd. is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead campaigns on TikTok, YouTube and other key platforms. Location: Remote; schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM SGT.

You will drive customer acquisition, ROI, and growth in US and New Zealand markets through data-driven strategies. Requirements include 3–5 years in performance marketing, hands-on Google Ads/Facebook, analytics, and UX UX optimization. Certifications such as Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, e-commerce, or agency background.
• Strong analytical skills and conversion-focused UX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust marketing strategies focused on acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube Ads) to drive quality traffic.
• Collaborate with Social Media Manager on TikTok advertising initiatives.
• Run direct-to-consumer marketing to boost sales and brand engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize with key metrics.
• Apply e-commerce and UX insights to improve website journeys and conversions.
• Support other tasks or special projects as needed.
