Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms.
• Execute and optimise campaigns across multiple regions and target audiences.
• Manage budgets, pacing and performance to hit defined KPIs.
• Develop paid social strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Analyse performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations; liaise with agencies and internal teams.

The Role:

Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across the full brand portfolio. This is a hands-on position for a candidate who performs well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can demonstrate a proven track record across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume ownership of the day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
• Execute and optimise campaigns across multiple regions and target audiences
• Manage substantial budgets, pacing, and performance to meet defined KPIs
• Develop and implement paid social strategies in alignment with brand and business objectives
• Analyse campaign performance and translate findings into actionable recommendationsLiaise effectively with external agencies and internal stakeholders

You will need:

• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns
• Agency experience is preferred, though not essential
• Prior experience within a high-volume eCommerce environment
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across external agencies and internal teams

Eligibility:

Applicants must hold New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency, and be based in Christchurch or willing to relocate.
