Job summary

ZURU Edge Limited is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to run the marketing engine across multiple markets. You’ll manage briefs, assets, approvals and timelines, and support retailer/ecommerce content, social media, and go-to-market activity for eight Tier 3 markets.

You’ll report to the Senior Marketing Executive and collaborate with Commercial, Global Product and Brand teams to build launch toolkits and ensure brand consistency across regions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in marketing in FMCG, confectionery, toys or consumer goods.
• Degree in marketing, business or communications.
• Strong organization: you keep trackers and timelines on track.
• Clear, confident communication with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate asset requests, approvals and timelines across Marketing, Creative, Product and Commercial.
• Run briefs, trackers and status updates so everyone knows what’s live and what’s next.
• Keep launch timelines on track across multiple markets and campaigns.
• Own marketing for Tier 3 markets, main contact for distributors and partners for Japan to LATAM.
• Build market-specific launch toolkits from global assets for local needs.
• Support go-to-market planning, sell-in, launch activation and post-launch review.
