Job summary

ZURU is seeking a Marketing Executive to own key marketing projects from brief to launch for our baby portfolio. You’ll drive new brands, products and markets through content, influencers, PR, media and retail.

If you’re organized, hands-on and thrive on launches landing on time and looking brilliant, this is your seat. You’ll work across Sales, Content, Digital Media, Design and Ecommerce, collaborating with agencies and retail partners to move fast and deliver impact.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in marketing, ideally in FMCG or consumer brands, with real hands-on project delivery.
• Experience in ecommerce or retailer product pages, influencer or sampling programmes, social media or retail media.
• Proven ability to work with agencies or external partners and keep projects on track.
• Organised and reliable: can juggle several projects at once without losing pace, quality or detail.
• Ownership mindset and a curious eye for data: take a brief, run with it and spot what works.

Responsibilities

• Lead key launches end to end: new brands, new products and launches into new markets.
• Run launch critical paths, rally project teams and partners, and solve problems before they slow us down.
• Own our digital shelf: build and maintain retailer product pages and ecommerce content that win online.
• Lead creative and content projects from brief to sign-off, adapting assets for each market.
• Run influencer, creator and PR programmes: creator selection, briefs, approvals and reporting.
• Activate media and retail media with our Digital Media team and retail partners.
• Manage project budgets: purchase orders, vendor set-up and tracking spend against plan.
• Read the results, run small tests and turn what you learn into better execution.
