Serko is seeking an ICT support specialist to install and configure Serko and third-party apps, coordinate LAN maintenance, and monitor infrastructure. You will assist teammates across regions and keep users informed on issue status and resolution timelines.

Qualifications

• Identify software and hardware problems via event logs and alert tools.
• Ensure system availability with minimal downtime during changes.
• Develop and maintain accurate system documentation.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Serko and third-party applications.
• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of the local area network.
• Monitor infrastructure, computers, and data networks.
• Provide ICT support to teammates across regions as needed.
• Communicate status and expected resolution times to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, or connection issues.
• Maintain documentation and operational policies daily.
• Plan and implement operational changes with technical staff.
