Serko is a cutting-edge tech platform in global business travel & expense technology. The role supports and maintains Serko systems and networks, providing efficient ICT support to all users.

You will install, configure, and monitor Serko and third-party applications, coordinate LAN implementation, and maintain infrastructure and documentation. Collaborative teams across regions rely on timely, precise support from this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting and maintaining ICT systems and networks.
• Ability to identify and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation of systems and changes.
• Strong communication with teammates across regions.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Serko and third-party applications.
• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of a local area network.
• Monitor and maintain infrastructure, computers and network components.
• Provide timely ICT support to users and report usage trends.
• Maintain system documentation and operational policies.
• Assist in planning operational changes to computers and networks.
