Job summary

EROAD Ltd, a New Zealand fleet management technology company, seeks a Head of Global Supply Chain to own end-to-end strategy and execution as it grows across markets. Reporting to the CSCO, this senior role leads planning, sourcing, logistics and lifecycle management across multiple geographies.

You will drive total landed cost, working capital, and contract negotiations while guiding teams worldwide and shaping AI-enabled supply chain transformation.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in global supply chain environments.
• Experience directing cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Broad background in SIOP, sourcing, supplier management, inventory and logistics.
• Exposure to outsourced electronics manufacturing and international networks.
• Strong financial acumen on landed cost, working capital and contracts.
• Proficiency with ERP, planning and analytics tools; AI-enabled transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain performance from planning to fielded product.
• Own SIOP and supply planning across dispersed org.
• Drive strategic sourcing, procurement and supplier management.
• Oversee lifecycle management from introduction to end-of-life.
• Manage inventory, warehousing, logistics and reverse logistics.
• Ensure end-to-end quality and drive cost optimization.
• Lead multi-geography teams and cross-functional programs.
• Negotiate contracts and optimize working capital.
• Drive transformation via data, analytics and AI tools.
