Job summary

EROAD Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Global Demand & Inventory Planner to lead global demand planning, forecasting, inventory strategy and reporting. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations to translate commercial activity into reliable supply signals and align plans with business goals.

You will drive disciplined processes, monthly reviews, and KPI monitoring to optimize stock, working capital and service levels across regions.

Qualifications

5+ years in demand planning, supply planning, or similar roles.
Experience with S&OP processes and forecasting.
Strong analytical ability with planning tools.
Ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a disciplined demand planning process converting pipeline and historical data into a forward plan.
Lead monthly demand reviews as part of the SIOP process.
Own inventory reporting to show stock, availability, and working capital impact.
Partner with Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations to align demand with business goals.
Monitor KPIs: forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and constraints.
Identify opportunities to automate forecast inputs and improve planning tools.
