Job summary

EROAD, a New Zealand-founded, globally listed fleet management technology company, is seeking a Head of Global Supply Chain to own end-to-end strategy and execution as it scales across NZ, Australia, and North America. Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, this role leads planning, sourcing, and lifecycle management across geographies.

You will drive SIOP, supplier management, and total landed cost, while deploying data-driven transformation with AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in a global supply chain environment.
• Track record of leading multi-geography teams and delivering on strategic supply chain initiatives.
• Experience managing EMS/ODM partners and international supplier networks.
• Strong financial acumen on total landed cost, working capital, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global supply chain strategy and execution across multiple markets.
• Own SIOP and supply planning across a geographically dispersed organization.
• Drive strategic sourcing, supplier management and outsourced manufacturing relationships.
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, logistics, and reverse logistics/refurbishment.
• Lead transformation through data analytics, automation and AI-enabled supply chain tools.
