EROAD, a New Zealand founded fleet management technology company, seeks a Head of Global Supply Chain to own end-to-end strategy and execution across its markets. You will lead global supply chain performance from planning to the field, overseeing SIOP, strategic sourcing, supplier management, inventory, logistics, and product lifecycle management.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience in a complex, global supply chain.
• Experience leading multi-geography teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong commercial acumen including landed cost and working capital.
• Experience with EMS/ODM electronics manufacturing and international supply networks.

Responsabilidades

• Own SIOP and supply planning across a geographically dispersed organisation.
• Lead strategic sourcing, procurement and supplier management including outsourced EMS/ODM partners.
• Drive product lifecycle management from introduction through to end of life.
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, logistics and reverse logistics/refurbishment.
• Hold accountability for quality across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Lead transformation through data, analytics, automation and AI-enabled tools.
