Job summary

Mons Royale is seeking an eCommerce Specialist to own day-to-day website operations across New Zealand, Australia, Europe, USA and Canada from our Wanaka base. You will manage launches, merchandising, and performance analytics to ensure fast, accurate, on-brand shopping experiences.

The role focuses on maintaining site performance, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, and leveraging data to drive commercial results while embracing new ecommerce trends.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ecommerce and online merchandising experience with a track record of improving commercial results.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects across regions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow issues through to completion.
• Comfortable with data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Strong Excel skills and fluency with digital platforms and CMS tools for website content.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain day-to-day site operation across regional sites, resolving issues and bugs.
• Own product launches ensuring accurate live status of new ranges.
• Maintain onsite merchandising including layout, sort order, and cross-sell positioning.
• Manage sale prep and asset updates across regions and Pro Deal channel.
• Ensure consistent brand standards across imagery, copy, layout, and site presentation.
• Oversee Shopify and app integrations and coordinate with vendors.
