Job summary

The Talent Mill AU & NZ is seeking an eCommerce Coordinator to strengthen the brand's digital performance across New Zealand and Australia. You will own CRM and email marketing while supporting paid media, site optimisation and broader eCommerce activity.

Two years of experience in eCommerce, CRM or digital marketing are required. You will be hands-on with Klaviyo, GA4 and Google Ads, analysing data to drive retention and conversion.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in eCommerce, CRM or digital marketing, in-house or agency.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platform.
• Experience delivering email campaigns, segmentation and automated customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce principles and online customer journey.
• Comfort interpreting data and translating insights into practical recommendations.
• Familiar with GA4 and analytics platforms; interest in AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own Klaviyo campaigns, segmentation, automation, journeys and reporting.
• Develop initiatives to increase retention, loyalty and lifetime value.
• Support Google Ads performance in collaboration with the brand's agency.
• Maintain Google Merchant Centre, product feeds and website content.
• Support SEO and AI-search visibility to improve online discoverability.
• Analyse performance using GA4, Klaviyo and AI-powered tools.
• Translate customer data into commercially focused recommendations.
• Monitor customer behaviour and emerging digital trends.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to improve the online journey.
• Support the eCommerce calendar for campaigns, launches and promotions.
• Test and optimise digital activity to improve engagement and conversion.
