Job summary

Gallagher seeks an experienced demand planning leader to head our global planning function, strengthening forecasting accuracy and building planning capability across our international operations. Reporting to the GM Supply Chain, you will lead the central demand planning team, collaborate with regional teams and drive SAP IBP adoption, process improvements and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience in demand planning with forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical capability including statistical forecasting and bias analysis.
• Experience in complex manufacturing/tech or supply chain environments, ideally with exposure to international markets.
• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across different business functions.
• Experience supporting system implementations or major process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global demand planning function and central planning team.
• Strengthen forecasting accuracy and develop global planning standards.
• Support SAP IBP implementation and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with regional planning teams and stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Influence strategy and drive continuous improvement across international markets.
