Job summary

T&G Global Limited is seeking an Operational Planner to own a rolling 12-week packing plan and work closely with packhouse partners to ensure the right fruit is packed at the right time for key markets. This role focuses on analytical thinking, strong relationship building and practical problem solving within a dynamic supply chain environment.

You'll collaborate with packhouse managers, production teams and planning colleagues, leveraging SAP and Excel to drive informed decisions and adapt

Qualifications

Experience with operational planning or supply chain management.
Strong data-oriented mindset and Excel skills.
Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Own the weekly packing plan by creating and maintaining a rolling 12-week schedule that aligns supply and demand.
Build and maintain strong packhouse relationships with managers and production teams.
Influence planning decisions through collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Assess changes in supply, demand or operations and communicate necessary adjustments clearly.
Partner with planning, packhouse, quality and wider teams to keep operations aligned.
Use Excel, SAP and planning data to monitor performance and drive decisions.
