Job summary

Gallagher Group Limited is seeking an experienced demand planning leader to drive our global planning function. You will lead the central team, collaborate with regional planning teams and key stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations to improve forecasting accuracy and planning standards.

You will influence strategy, optimize processes and support a major SAP IBP implementation while remaining hands-on in analysis and forecasting activities across international

Qualifications

• Five+ years in demand planning with forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills including forecasting, modelling, and bias analysis.
• Experience in complex manufacturing, tech, or supply chain with international exposure.
• Teritary qualification in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across functions.
• Experience improving demand planning processes and forecasting practices.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI; ERP/enterprise planning systems familiarity.
• Knowledge of S&OP and how forecasting informs business decisions.
• Experience supporting system implementations or change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen Gallagher's global demand planning function across regions.
• Own global demand planning processes, forecasting accuracy, and planning standards.
• Support SAP IBP implementation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations across international markets.
