Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing international AI company to recruit a Mid-Level AI Video Producer for its R&D team. This deeply technical role owns end-to-end AI video production from concept and prompting through editing, compositing and final delivery.

Remote worldwide (except Canada). Full-time freelancer initially with potential transition to full-time B2B. Expect high autonomy, advanced AI tooling, and collaboration with a global R&D group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in video production, VFX or digital art.
• Mid-level professional profile.
• 100% comfort with explicit NSFW content.
• Active professional experience with current AI video generation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI video production from concept and prompting through editing, compositing and final delivery.
• Create AI-generated video content using current generative AI tools.
• Develop and refine prompts to achieve consistent visual styles, characters and sequences.
• Edit and assemble generated content using Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent tools.
• Composite and polish video sequences to final delivery quality.
• Test, refine and improve AI workflows through continuous experimentation.
• Work independently on creative execution and technical production decisions.
• Maintain character and style consistency across sequences.
• Share workflow learnings with the wider R&D team.
• Iterate on creative output based on feedback.
