Job summary

Metro Performance Glass Ltd in Auckland seeks a Glass Process Worker for the PM shift to join our production team at Highbrook. The role is hands-on, fast-paced and physical, with full training provided and PPE supplied.

You’ll be part of a supportive crew, enjoy guaranteed hours (40 per week) and a shop-floor environment focused on safety and quality. Prior glass processing or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential; the right attitude matters most.

• Manufacturing, machine operating or production experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent attitude and willingness to learn.

Glass Process Worker - PM Shift (HIGHBROOK)

We have one opportunity available at our Highbrook, Auckland plant for someone to join our production team. Previous manufacturing, machine operation or glass processing experience is preferred, but it’s not essential — the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most. Full training will be provided, along with PPE, uniform and safety boots.

This is hands-on work in a busy production environment — fast-paced, physical and practical. If you like keeping busy, working as part of a solid crew and taking pride in a job well done, you’ll fit right in.
