Job summary

Access in Upper Hutt, New Zealand is seeking an experienced precast concrete worker to join our fast-paced production team. You will handle hands-on precast tasks from cutting and bending reo to stripping molds and finishing concrete.

We value resourcefulness, teamwork, and a Kaizen mindset. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate ($27–$30) with training provided where needed and opportunities to grow with our skilled manufacturing team.

Job Description

We’re looking for someone who is insanely resourceful and skilled when it comes to helping the day to day operations of a precast concrete factory.

Fast-paced, progressive business requires your help.

Our team is looking for someone to help tackle the fun challenges that come with making and producing Precast concrete products from beginning to end. Cutting, bending, tying reo to pouring concrete to pulling concrete products out of molds.

Schedule:

7am - 4pm. Currently working winter hours 7:30am-4pm.
